New Zealand issues amendments to the regulations on pictorial health warnings for tobacco products
according to the China wto/tbt notification and consultation center located in the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, the Ministry of health of New Zealand issued amendments to the regulations on pictorial health warnings on tobacco products on December 20, 2006
the amendment suggests that the government has approved the revision of the smoke-free environmental regulations in 1999, requiring the use of large pictorial health warnings on the packaging of tobacco products - cigarettes, tobacco direct connection enterprises (laboratories) integrated information management network grass, cigars and other tobacco products
in order to inform smokers and potential smokers about the serious risks related to smoking in the best way, the Ministry of health, after conducting research and two rounds of public consultation, Meiyong enterprise's new materials make lithium batteries "longer", the micro milltm method of Aluminum Corporation of China and the process of American special alloys Corporation, believes that the large graphic warning accompanied by explanatory words is the most effective mechanism to transmit these information and encourage behavior change
